r281463 caused this new failures on GTK/WPE

  fast/forms/basic-textareas.html [ Failure ]
  fast/text/whitespace/pre-break-word.html [ Failure ]
  fast/text/whitespace/tab-character-basics.html [ Failure ]
  fast/text/word-break.html [ Failure ]
  

fast/forms/basic-textareas.html is not really a test failure, it just needs a new baseline

However the other 3 are real failures.

I wonder why this only affects GTK/WPE because it's a cross-platform change.

These tests are passing after updating baselines in 275882@main.

After updating test expectations in 279290@main, there are no more tests referring to this bug. Closing bug.
