http/tests/security/no-javascript-refresh-percent-escaped.py Is flaky crashing on Windows-EWS. The flaky crash is not seen on the open source directory: https://results.webkit.org/?suite=layout-tests&test=http/tests/security/no-javascript-refresh-percent-escaped.py Seems like the test started being flaky at around this build https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/10/builds/96114 Result page: https://ews-build.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/Windows-EWS/r431723-96114/results.html
