Is a flaky timeout on BigSur E wk1 and Catalina wk1 Debug.

I was not able to reproduce the timeout using: 

run-webkit-tests --iterations 500 --exit-after-n-failures 1 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 1 --debug webaudio/silent-audio-interrupted-in-background.html -1
