# STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. on iOS, navigate to <https://www.nfl.com/> or <https://www.cbsnews.com/>
2. find a video
3. press the CC button in the video's controls

# EXPECTED RESULTS
subtitles would be shown with a consistent style

# ACTUAL RESULTS
subtitles initially appear with very large and only later become the "normal" size
