-webkit-print-color-adjust: exact could be tested

It seems to work on Safari printing mode.
I could not make it work on WebKitTestRunner.
Grepping around, I could not find the tests for the feature.


Unintended dummy tests like compositing-layer-printing.html could benefit from it.
