When bug #220115 lands we will have added a new feature that doesn't work under flatpak (or bubblewrap sandbox). We need to add a rtkit portal to xdg-desktop-portal, and we need WebKit to use the portal.

The patch in bug #220115 now uses the new realtime portal.
