Sometimes, when first layout-test run fails unexpectedly, and second layout-test run passes, build summary is set to "Found flaky test:" (e.g.: https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/10/builds/96042), even though no flaky tests were found. This happens when first layout-test run fails unexpectedly, without generating list of failing tests.
