This test failed once or twice on several queues on 2021-04-05, and went to passing again. It's quite mysterious, as I don't see any reverts or follow-up fixes there.

Yeah, I'm just getting around to re-examining this today. I agree that it's strange, and it doesn't look like there was anything done to fix it. This test does appear to have a history of being flakey since it started running on Apple Silicon Macs.
