It's been about 10 years, we should probably remove the iOS only CSS property alias for -webkit-locale, -webkit-hyphenate-locale. It was introduced in r80288 / https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=55709, when -webkit-hyphenate-locale was renamed to -webkit-locale.
