https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/blob/main/Tools/CISupport/build-webkit-org/Makefile is unused (probably for a long time, but definitely after transition to new buildbot). Most of the commands mentioned in it are directly available as buildbot commands as well. We should delete this file.
