Summary
Move EWS to new SDKs: tvOS 14 and watchOS 7
Matt Lewis
Reported

Now that trunk is updated, we need to move EWS to the new SDKs: iOS 14, tvOS 14, and watchOS 7 This will need to wait to land until we have ensured it works fine on trunk and will not cause major problems on EWS. The second part of this will be updating the hosts SDKs.

Should we do all at same time, or maybe do watchOS and tvOS first, and then iOS in separate patch. Also, we can consider updating iOS version in unit-tests as well (although not necessary).

We are going be waiting until we get Trunk testing under control from the SDK update to land this and update the hosts.

Since watchOS and tvOS are not having any issue I'm going to split out iOS on its own for EWS update and move forward with them
