storage/indexeddb/IDBKey-create-array-buffer-view-oom.html often completes in ~1s, but seems to be a flaky timeout on both macOS and iOS simulator https://results.webkit.org/?suite=layout-tests&test=storage%2Findexeddb%2FIDBKey-create-array-buffer-view-oom.html

This test was added a week ago with https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/267205/webkit, it has been flaky from the start.
