Description jv2678 2008-10-13 03:22:30 PDT
When trying to access certain sites, e.g.

www.spiegel.de (german news site)

WebKit crashes completely. Disabling Javascript in the security prefs "solves" the problem. But after disabling javasript, the startpage of webkit shows a "new nightly build" available - which is exactly the one installed...

Opening www.spiegel.de doesn't cause a crash for me with a local debug build.

Could you please attach a crash log, as described at <http://webkit.org/quality/crashlogs.html>?

webkit crashlog

This is a new crashlog from webkit - now it doesn't even open anymore...

I think it's very likely that the crash is caused by Sogudi or SafariPlus - could you please try uninstalling them to verify that?

It's especially the second crash that is clearly caused by input managers, so I'm closing the bug as INVALID (it is not possible for us to preserve compatibility with such extensions). Please feel free to re-open the bug if it keeps crashing after you uninstall these extensions, and upload a new crash log.
