imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/IndexedDB/transaction_bubble-and-capture.htm Test is a flaky timeout according to history on macOS wk1 Debug and iOS Simulator wk2 Release. The first occurrence of timeout on iOS is at r263907 and on Mac at r264486.
