I was able to reproduce this issue on Mojave wk2 Release with r262635 using the command below.

run-webkit-tests --iterations 999 --exit-after-n-failures 3 --force -f js/dom/unhandled-promise-rejection-console-no-report.html

[7/999] js/dom/unhandled-promise-rejection-console-no-report.html failed unexpectedly (text diff)
