Description Robert Schertzer 2008-09-26 05:34:32 PDT
At this website, clicking on any link results in a proactivemsg.aspx file to get downloaded. With Adobe Dreamweaver as my default web editor, it ends up being launched. Customer support for this website says that the issue is related to safari not able to handle chat pop-up menu that is supposed to be launched when clicking on any of the links that gives you the option to chat with customer service if you need help configuring your mail2web account. They said there is nothing they can do about it except to avoid using Safari.
