These are running at tests on the wk1 bots with out expectations files and are not real tests.

Turns out that the test I skipped was not the only one that could cause this to happen. Added a skip for these two non-test files in r272061.

Closing this bug since it is an issue beneath WebKit, fixed in Big Sur.
