The scrolling performance on the linked benchmark is really poor in webkit, but is smooth in firefox.

Their are two buttons up top to switch between "fast" and "slow" modes, it defaults to "slow" which is really awful in webkit :-(

I can't resolve the linked URL.

Another bug about poor scrolling perf is bug 28392.
