When these tests are compared against their actual -ref.html files, they fail:

css2.1/20110323/abspos-containing-block-initial-004b.htm
css2.1/20110323/abspos-containing-block-initial-004d.htm

These particular tests don't seem to have -ref.html files?

This is cleaned up in bug 203784 and bug 204050.
