In the EWS Buildbot (https://ews-build.webkit.org), 'Changes' and 'Responsible Users' tabs are always empty. These tab are populated when buildbot receives commits information from git/svn, not in case of try builders (which is the case for EWS). We should remove these tabs, as they unnecessarily makes the UI confusing. e.g.: https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/3/builds/2208
