Seen on iPhone X running 12.2 (16E227).

1. Visit <https://www.ally.com/bank/cd-ladder/>.

No tool shows up. Switching between the different tool views does nothing.

This is weird. Check it, web site works in third party app that embeds UIWebView or WKWebView, but not a Safari View Controller View. And not Safari. What is going on here?

Figured it out. My content blocker, StopAd, was blocking the tool.
