-webkit-border-end not always working

When we tried to use it in Web Inspector sometimes the borders were missing.

See bug 195149 we had to revert, reapplying those changes you should see it in Timeline views.

I don't know why the markup I made on the image don't show, but there should be a border between the CPU Usage "Total / Average / Highest / Lowest" and the graph to its right.

You could revert r242197 and use the CPU Timeline in Web Inspector.

I did not have time to make a reduction, but that was reproducing frequently for me.
