Using Tot WebKit on iPad.

Some weird viewport or scaling or something is going on when I scroll with my finger on a bug review page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit <https://bugs.webkit.org/attachment.cgi?id=361008&action=review>
2. Scroll the page by touching some red/green section of the patch.

Patch becomes detached from left side of screen and you can drag it. It’s surreal. Behaves like the page became a drag image.

I hit it again.... but still don’t have definitive repo steps.

Both times I hit this issue by doing the following:

1. Visit <http://WebKit.org/pending-review>.
2. Press Command + Down Arrow to scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Click on a bug title.
4. Click Review.

You know when you hit this bug because their extra white space on the right hand side. Like we laid out too small.
