Finding Javascript in HTML is hard. The inspector should highlight them to make them more discoverable.

This bug should be extend to highlight JavaScript code in any context including standalone .js files.

This is covered by bug 14360. This bug is not related to syntax highlighting but just highlighting to help javascript be lore discoverable.
