[ MacOS iOS ] Layout Test webrtc/no-port-zero-in-upd-candidates.html is flaky timeout

The following layout test is flaky on MacOS and iOS

webrtc/no-port-zero-in-upd-candidates.html

Probable cause:

Unknown. Test is timing out around a minute but otherwise passes instantly. Test has been timing out for the whole history

Only add some more logging.
It seems that only release Mac bots hit that issue.
Maybe there is a timing issue somewhere.
