in an RTL ContentEditable form, moving up/down using the arrow keys causes the caret to go blank. This is a regression from Safari 3.1 To repro: 1) open attached test case 2) click somewhere in the form. 3) move up and down using the arrow keys actual result the caret is gone when inside the RTL block

Actually a regression from 3.0.3. Safari 3.1.1 and nightly are affected.
