Canvas recording sidebar scroll position lost after switching tabs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Inspect <https://devinrousso.com/demo/DoubleHelixCircle.html>
2. Capture a single frame recording
3. Scroll down and select action 3000
4. Switch to Console Tab
5. Switch back to Canvas Tab
  => Navigation Sidebar appears empty, scrolling updates it and it appears to have lost its scroll position
