[ Mojave WK1 ] Layout Test fast/images/animated-image-different-dest-size.html is failing

The following layout test is failing on Mojave

fast/images/animated-image-different-dest-size.html

Probable cause:

Unknown, test is a flakey image failure. Tests is supposed to display several multi color boxes and instead it displays a blank screen. failure is only happening on Mojave WK1

Appears to be failing in tandem with the above test.
