Enable MSE by default Changing the default value of features is kinda an API change, but surely this is allowed.

Thanks for the patch. If this patch contains new public API please make sure it follows the guidelines for new WebKit2 GTK+ API. See http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/WebKitGTK/AddingNewWebKit2API

There are still features we don't support, but it already works with popular players and it's already enabled in Epiphany, so I'm OK with this.
