The following layout test is flaky on iOS Release bots

fast/loader/submit-form-while-parsing-2.html

Probable cause:

This test was a flaky timeout on macOS (see https://webkit.org/b/184051), but it is now back to being a flaky failure. It is still a flaky timeout on iOS, though.
