Steps:
1. Go to 
http://www.ask.com/web?q=united+states+map&search=search&qsrc=0&o=0&l=dir

Issue:
Map, on right side, is not having a blue border.

Other browsers:
IE7, FF3 show blue border. 

Build tested: WebKit-r31446

I cannot reproduce this on ask.com, but duplicate bug has a reduction.
