Layout tests svg/as-image/svg-as-image-canvas.html and svg/css/svg-resource-fragment-identifier-img-src.html are crashing on the WPE bot. We should try to get backtraces and figure out why.

It's flaky: sometimes it passes, sometimes there is an image diff, and sometimes it crashes.

svg/as-image/svg-as-image-canvas.html is flaky as well, updating expectations.
