Disable JavaScript and load this page:
https://www.w3.org/2010/05/video/mediaevents.html

No way to play the video. Videos should be playable by the user even if JavaScript is disabled. (Disabling JavaScript in the tab should not disable it in the <video> element's shadow DOM)
