If the style-check fails in webkit-patch then webkit-patch should run clang-format on the diff if possible. This would be optional and used as a proof of concept before enabling on all.

Please don't reformat patches automatically by default. I'd hate it if my local branch / patch were automatically modified when uploading a patch.
