The diff is a light blue box-shadow at the very bottom. Looks like it sometimes fails to render.

This case case scroll downs to the bottom and than scroll up to the top, to check the failure in Pixman backend. The lightblue box in the very end of bottom is intended to draw shadow with a big matrix. If the blue box shows at the result, it means iOS Simulator WK2 debug failed to scroll up sometimes.

Is also a flaky failure in Mac WK1. Updating test expectations to skip on this platform as well.
