CSS properties for video captions are set in a stylesheet in CaptionUserPreferencesMediaAF.cpp. The stroke width is currently set in MediaControlTextTrackContainerElement::updateTextStrokeStyle(). We should find a way to set this in the stylesheet like the other user style preferences.
