Modern HTML5 media elements no longer need many of the exceptions previously granted. Let's stop granting these unneeded exceptions.

The attached test failures were seen while running run-webkit-tests on the mac-ews.

The mac EWS failure appears to be unrelated to this sandbox change. According to the log, the test has been failing continuously on that EWS unit for many days.
