I use this component to upload files that have accents

Steps to Reproduce:
Try uploading a file with accents(á,é,í,ó,ú) (I suppose other weird characters like ñ or ç will reproduce the same error) to
https://encodable.com/uploaddemo/ (this is just for testing purposes, any upload page will do it) with mobile safari and using dropbox or iCloud.

Expected Results:
It should upload the file correctly.

Actual Results:
It uploads a 0KB file

Version:
iOS (version 10.2 14C92)
