Perform the following:

1. Open <https://webkit.org/nightly/archives/>
2. Search for builds "11994-208586".

The page only lists archives in [208047, 208586].

Clearly we have a hardcoded limit on the number of archives we show on the page as opposed to lack of old archives because searching for "206000" returns an archive and 206000 is outside of [208047, 208586].
