Created attachment 288059 [details] The bug STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Inspect the Inspector 2. Go to Elements tab, Computed Styles section 3. Click "Show All" => Now there are two scrollbars, which seems like a bug. 4. Scroll down using outer scrollbar => there's a big white area NOTES: Scrolling or clicking on the view causes a repaint and the issue goes away.
