According to css-mask spec[1], the initial value of mask-position[1] is "center" [1] https://drafts.fxtf.org/css-masking-1/#propdef-mask-position

I believe this bug can be closed now. According to the specification, the initial value for `mask-position` is `0% 0%`. https://github.com/w3c/fxtf-drafts/commit/bdb4c3155192a10a5205c5842fe063e15a887f42
