Windowless plugins should be made to work if possible.  Windowed plugins should at least get scaled and translated.  It's an open issue what to do if windowed plugins get rotated.

Should revisit this.  CoreGraphics based Flash may work now.

Plugin support improvement is not planned. Please reopen, if this is still needed.
