LayoutTest inspector/codemirror/prettyprinting-css-rules.html is flaky on Mac debug

This test is frequently timing out on El Capitan Debug WK1, as seen here in the flakiness dashboard:

Monitoring it over the course of a test run, the OS volume usage was at least 93% before the test timed out. Not sure if that is related.

This is probably related. The bot shows a "Your system has run out of application memory" dialog.

This test is also flaky on release. Removed debug flag from flaky expectation in http://trac.webkit.org/projects/webkit/changeset/215050
