Tooltips don't work for me, but occasionally when I mouse over places like xkcd, my mouse disappears.

My system is: 

Windows XP SP2
Safari 3.0.1
WebKit-SVN-r24872
Toshiba Tecra M5
T2400 @ 1.83HGz
987 MHz, 1.49 GB of RAM
