Scaled SVG Text with a defined font size is getting rendered with a different (rounded?) font size that is making the text either too short or too long. Please see this waterfall test page: https://jsfiddle.net/7wozo5eL/10/embedded/result/ Note that this is on Safari 8 OSX 10.10, but verified on Webkit Nightly, and Safari iOS. Most of the other browsers get this exactly right.

This continues to be a problem in Safari 16 as text extends beyond the grey region on each line.
