Steps to reproduce: 1. Open this page on your iPad: https://jsfiddle.net/pfqekot7/2/embedded/result/ 2. Type into the red region 3. Notice that the words are not being capitalized

The fix for this issue was needed outside the WebKit project, therefore this is being resolved as 'Moved'. This should now be fixed in shipping software.
