* SUMMARY Dashboard looks poor when paused, overlapping / misaligned UI elements. * STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Inspect a page 2. Set a breakpoint 3. Trigger the breakpoint => Dashboard in the Toolbar shows Debugger state, and looks poor

Renaming to "Web Inspector: Dashboard debugger information can be clipped". Misaligned UI elements will be fixed in a separate issue.
