Load a page in Safari on iOS 8 that contains an image.
Tap and hold on the image to bring up the action sheet.
Choose copy.
Tap on the URL bar in Safari and try to paste the url of the image you just copied.

Expected: The paste command appears in the menu and tapping on it will paste the url into the address bar.

Actual: No paste command is available.
