check-webkit-style doesn’t like commented copyright headers in xcconfig files. See comments in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=135269

At some point, this issue seems to have been resolved.  check-webkit-style no longer flags commented copyright headers in xcconfig files.
