http/tests/security/cross-origin-plugin-private-browsing-toggled.html is flakily failing on Mountain Lion WK2 bots: http://webkit-test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#tests=http%2Ftests%2Fsecurity%2Fcross-origin-plugin-private-browsing-toggled.html It's also skipped on Mavericks with all other private browsing tests, because of NetworkProcess.
